Spiritual growth

When God created man in the Garden of Eden, man did not have God inside him.  When Adam and Eve sinned they became subject to the laws of sin and thus, a   spiritual barrier blocked them from true intimacy with God.

When Satan tricked them (if you can call it that) he became the ruler of the world and  blocked man from entering into the heavenly realm of God. Only pure righteousness and holiness could pass through this spiritual block between God and mankind. So because man was born into sin, he was not able to access Heaven like he should have been.

Now God can access the earth from Heaven with his angels and His Spirit but humans cannot because of their sin (2 Cor 6:14-15). There can be no light in darkness.

So mankind needed something pure and holy from Heaven to come down to Earth and break through the spiritual barrier.  Because Jesus was pure and born of the Spirit, when He died and ascended into Heaven, He could pass through without argument of the devil (Matt 1:19-21). The devil is the accuser of the brethren who acts as a buffer between God and His people, keeping those who are not blameless out of the Heavenly realm of God (Rev 12:10).

Since we are all “sinners,” we need a pure spirit to occupy our bodies in order to access the Throne Room.

When Jesus died on the cross and was raised from the dead, He became born again via the Holy Spirit. Because His body had not yet been glorified, He could not allow anyone to touch him. When He was raised on the third day He had a temple inside himself where the Holy Spirit could reside. In the tomb where He lay dead, He was filled with the Holy Spirit and became alive again.

Then Jesus was able to impart the Holy Spirit to his disciples because it was inside Him (John 20:21-22).

Now that Jesus had been made completely righteous He was able to break through the spiritual realm or barrier, enter into Heaven, and receive His glorified body. This paved the way for all men to enter Heaven through his sacrifice. The path to Heaven is narrow because man can only find it via the Holy Spirit (Matt 7:13-14).

Now that the Holy Spirit has entered the disciples, they could impart it to others (see day of Pentecost in Acts chapter 2).

Now because we have become born-again we have become closer to God in the spiritual realm. But in order to enter the Throne Room, we must be made pure by the Holy Spirit and be without blame before we enter.

This means that in order to reach the level of perfection mentioned in the Bible we must pass through Satan’s realm. The more righteous we become, the closer to God we get in the heavenly realm. You have heard the phrase “new level, new devil.” The higher we go in the spirit realm, the more faith, or should I say, the more God we need to pass through it.

God leads us through the fire because it is the only way to show us that we cannot rely on any earthly thing. It is all Him. We must enter the gates of hell in order to reach the gates of Heaven.

God purifies us so what He has made is the only thing that makes it through the fire. God gives us righteousness, love, faith, and all other components of the Holy Spirit.

What God has created cannot be destroyed and God cannot reject Himself. In His Word, it is said that everything will be tested with fire and we need the right foundation to pass through it.

The foundation is His Word coupled with His Holy Spirit inside us.

The higher we climb in the spirit, the more we rely on Him to get us through.

The higher we climb in the spirit, the more like Him we become.

The higher we climb in the spirit, the less like us we become.

We can walk right into his Throne Room and receive our reward only when all that is left standing is His truth (His Word and person of the Holy Spirit).

God is trying to destroy all the foundations in our lives that will not pass the righteousness test.

That means if you believe in your own personal faith or belief structure to get you through, you are not relying on His Word, which is already written regarding your faith.

The only way to have real godly faith is to go through the fire and realize how true His Word is because you have not perished in it.

God gets us through the fire, because He said He would, not because you “believe” He will get you through.

You will only reach this level when you are in fear for your life. When God asks you to walk through the door, you do it because you obey him, although you believe it will kill you. You will have reached the place of sacrifice that Jesus reached when He submitted to the cross.

But just as Jesus did, you must pass through your hour of asking for the cup because you know that you will not make it through.

Then you will reach the level of sacrifice where you no longer think of yourself, but love God so much that you will obey even if it means your life.

This means letting go of your heart that thinks about your family, friends, possessions, job, and who you think you are in Christ.

We must be willing to let go of our ministries in order to receive the ministry of Jesus.

When you do not love your life till the death, you can be all that you were made to be in Christ.

The only thing that will make it through the test is Jesus, when only He remains inside you then you can live “on earth as it is in Heaven” (Matt 6:9-13).

When you offer your life you can see that not even death can keep you from the love of God which is in Christ Jesus (Rom 8).

Then you can say “O death where is thy sting”? (1 Cor 15:53-57)

When God has prepared His bride for the wedding, the heavens will be torn apart by the righteousness and Jesus will swallow us up in the rapture.

Righteousness attracts God just as evil attracts Satan.

We must love God more than we love our own lives in order to receive His.

Thank you, for reading.

God bless!
