The reality of politics

The political climate is out of control right now.  Both parties are playing politics with every issue and have no real interest in solving the problems.  But if you understand politics you know that politics has very little to do with reality.  The politicians are not interested in fixing our country.  They are interested in talking points and making the other guy/girl look bad.  It is a blame game, and as long as the people put up with it, they will keep  pointing the finger at each other using excuses why they didn’t deliver on their promises.  It us up to us (the people) to solve our problems.  Good and honorable politicians are too handcuffed by politics and the system.
